I take it you mean the gear shift indicator. under the steering column you will find a wire attached to a hook. That is attached ta black thumb wheel on a white holder. just roll the adustment till the indicator lines up in all gears. Most times though the thumb wheel holder is broken and you can not adust correctly. You will have to use a 5.5 mm socket to remove thumb wheel and Remove trim around cluster should be 3, 7mm screws and then 4, 7mm screws holding in cluster. Remove indicator by pushing back the black tabs on each side of indicator at same time and pulling down, then reverse in install indicator

this is not a job for the faint of heart!! you have to remove the complete dash! the heater box is located hehind the radio !in the middle of the dash ! theres no way around!!!
