Chevy doesn't use a fuel pump reset switch, it does have a circuit that turns the fuel pump off if the engine losses oil pressure. Ford does use a reset switch and does have a button you press to reset it.

2002 Ford Explorer ran out of gas put gas in and won't restart. replaced fuel pump and fuel filter still won't start. Cranks but won't start

Most Fords have a fuel reset button. When you ran out of gas you tripped the circuit. Most of the time the button will be on the passenger side by the kick panel. The exact location should be in your owners manual or your local library or auto parts store will have a copy of one for your specific vehicle.

Is there a reset button for fuel pump 95 e320

MB doesn't use a fuel pump reset button (called the "inertia" switch), in any case the reset used by some cars like Fords is only activated by a crash event that exceeds 3 times the force of gravity.

Reset oil light

If you have steering wheel controls you can reset it by getting to the oil life indicator (mine is on the left side lower button menu when wheel is facing forward). Then press the arrow button for a few seconds to reset it. If you don't have steering wheel controls you can reset it by turning key to on position but don't start vehicle. Press gas pedal all the way to the floor three times (some say 6 times). Turn key off. Oil life should be reset went you start engine next time. I hope this works for you.

I need to find my fuelpump relay reset button

Your vehicle doesn't have a reset switch. It does have a fuel pump relay located in the fuse panel under the hood. I'm not sure where you heard the "clicking". Was it under the dash or outside of the vehicle somewhere ? Are you not getting fuel ? have you checked that ?

Where is the gas reset button

If you are referring to the fuel pump reset it is not used on GM cars, the fuel pump is turned off if the engine looses oil pressure after a sudden stop like an accident. Ford however uses a fuel pump reset that opens when you have a collision exceeding 3 times the force of gravity is experienced, It has a reset button. If you haven't had an accident and just have no fuel pressure then the pump has likely failed and will need to be replaced.

Trouble with gas cap light, replace cap and reboothed the battery by taking off the negative cable for a second. We thought this will cause us to reset radio, but the only problem we found was the windows...

You need to reset the windows memory - hold the button until the window goes all the way down and you hear a small ''click'' then do the same for the window all the way up. This should reset the ''one shot'' up / down function. Good luck.

I replaced the battery, how do I reset the computer, its not getting fuel?

Thanks for choosing FixYa Michelle and welcome to the site. Anytime the battery is off, the computer resets automatically. Since you are not getting fuel to the engine, you need to make sure that the fuel pump is working. Check your fuel pump fuse and relay. Also, check the reset button if you have one. You should be able to hear the pump kick on when you first turn the key on. You should hear a buzzing sound for a second or two. If you don't, check the fuse/relay. Check the reset button if you have one. I am not sure if you do or not Michelle. They are usually in the glove box if you do. If you check all them and the pump still doesn't work, change it. Now, you need to check your fuel filter as well. It may be clogged. If not, check your gas lines. Make sure that none of them are damaged. If not, the only thing left to check is your fuel injectors. That is your complete fuel system there. Check the fuel pump, fuel filter, gas lines, and the fuel injectors. If you are not getting gas, it is one of them.
