How do u remove a alternator from a 98 Kia sephia

Loosen the alternator belt, then remove the two bolts that hold the alternator to the engine block, one is on the top right corner of the alternator and the other is at the bottom right on the back.
You will have to remove the engine mount bolt, then you can jack up the engine in order for the alternator to fit between the intake manifold and the firewall.

My altenator bolt broke off in the block i bustted out the boilthole with a 3/8 drillbite is there a way to put a screw threw the hole & boilt it down on both ends & will it hold without brakeing...

If you have threads left in the block you can buy a STUD. The stud has threads to go into the block, then a little lip (stops it from going in to far)
then more threads. slide the bracket over the stud and put a lock washer and nut on. Buy the right Length stud.
