Question about 2001 Toyota Celica
James you should quit working on cars. There are two fuses for the power windows. One for each side located on the side of the upper right front portion of the center console. Its most likely the window motor as its a known defect. Another Toyota Blunder.

It could be a fuse. The fuse box is located under the hood, and under your dash. OR it could be that the motor has gone out in that specific window and you will need to replace it. Hope this helps, James Booth
