My ciera is leaking water from behind the belts, but it is not the by the water pump. the hoses are not leaking either. Any idea what else it may be?

If it is behind the belts, it is most likely the water pump. Possibly its leaking then travels down away from where the water pump would be. Open it up and see if its leaking.

Water drippinjg from above serpentine belt where lower radiaotor hose connects. water is not coming from hose coming from the silver piece

That is your thermostat gasket. Easy and cheap to replace. If you do it you might as well just buy a new thermostat since the cover will be off and they are cheap.

Antifreeze leaking just underneath the pulley

Your water pump is defective and needs replacing if you see it leaking at the water pump pulley. The bearing has gone bad.

Check your bottle cap, ensure that cap is tight. If it is, replace cap. Cap is not holding pressure.
