Camshaft end seals leaking for kia sedona 2004

too complicated and expensive for a diy
as the seal is leaking , you will require a new timing belt as oil destroys belts very quickly
An accredited service center with experience on your make of vehicle will do the job inside 5 hours and if professional will replace all seals , hydraulic belt adjuster and idler pulleys to ensure that it lasts to the next scheduled belt change
make sure you ask if that is going to be done and insist that it is so or go somewhere else

I have noticed that at times my steering on my kia sedona lx 2004 gets stiff like the power steering is gone .. as well my coolant levels are fine but i have no heat nor is the a/c blowing cold air .. what...

Some modern cars have an electrically driven pump to supply high pressure oil to operate the power steering. However, most cars have an oil pump for the steering which is turned by a belt from the crankshaft pulley. If the belt is loose or slipping, heavy steering will be the result, especially noticable at low speeds. Check belt for tightness, and check oil level is not low, possibly due to a leak?

I need to read the service manual for 2004 kia

is it from the power steering system or from the transmission itself? can you locate the leak? I have a leak problem but it's coming from the oil seal of the power steering gear box so I just need to top-off with atf for now. I hope you find the leak yourself. goodluck

Leaking valvecover

Depends on how much it is leaking. I would check the oil every so often depending on how much oil it was leaking.
