For the horn, check the fuse if it is good and the wiring. Check for loose wire especially for the ground. The relay may also be bad.
For the locks, it could be just the contacts for the switch. You may have to remove it from the door panel and have it cleaned using electrical contact cleaner. Inspect also the piece. A part may have come loose.

Horn will work at times, but have to press down pretty hard, on the steering. I took off the front and can't really see what the problem is

This could be the pads on the steering wheel that operate the horn, they can wear out over time. You must be very careful if the vehicle has airbags in the steering column. IT could aslo be the wiring harness in the steering column, this is known as the clock spring.

My 2006 Mercedes-Benz c230 doesnt beep when i lock and unlock it. How do i fix this problem?

Most remotes offer the option of 'silent' or audible operation and these are chosen with the remote itself via a combination of button presses. You'll have to consult the owner's manual for this on your car, I'm fairly sure the 3-button series of mine will not work with your system. I have mine set to only blink the lights instead of the horn sounding off.

2005 Kia Sorento horns are sometimes weak...sometimes dont work at all. Is this a problem with the horns, or something else?

sounds like horn itself is bad or multiple horns where one tone works intermitently i would replace horns.

Can i stop the auto door locks from locking everytime it moves

Yes, I have a 2000 model and the book says this. You will need to be prepared to move the unlock button, keyswitch, and turnsignal in this sequence.

Pull BACK on the turnsignal and hold it.
Turn the keyswitch ON,OFF,ON,OFF-

You will hear the doorlocks work.

RELEASE the turnsignal and within 10 SECONDS-

Press the UNLOCK side of the drivers doorlock 3 TIMES
Turn the key to ON, Pause, OFF

That should do it. Good Luck

04 CooperS: Horn does not work

Check the fuse first. should be in the drivers footwell. Make sure that it is not blown. 90% of the time fuse will just blow due to high resistance from one of the horns. There is a high and low horn often it requires to replace one and try the horn and see if it blows. Then replace the horn that blows the fuse.

1995 Prizm Horn Problem

keep the steering wheel in one spot, do not rotate,  check horn by pressing pad in different areas.  If it is intermittent then horn pad is concern.  If it works well trying slowly turning steering wheel while pressing horn pad if there is a point in turning the wheel where horn becomes inop, then the common fault is the horn contact ring inside of the steering column
