Question about 1997 Plymouth Voyager
I am pretty sure that the clock spring unit is under recall and can be replaced for free. Just call your local dealer and speak to a shop manager to make sure your model is included. If so you can set up an appointment and they will replace it for free.I had to take my 99 Voyager in for the same thing it took about an hour and all was well.
