Question about Hyundai Santa Fe

1 Answer

I had a strange problem with Hundai Santro GLS (2007 model). Car ran 60K approximately. One day, I suddenly found that the battery drained out completely and not able to start the car. After consulting helpline I could make it run by manual push. Later I found the **** during low speed and car getting stopped (turned off). I had to start it again. This problem faced only during low speed. Then I gave it to service center for diagnosis. They also spent lot of time in diagnosing but not able to find cause. Could anybody put some light on it to get it correct. Thanks in advance.

Red light on radio keeps flashing and battery drains overnight on 2002 sonoma gls

That red light is on many vehicles and does not drain a battery that fast. You probably have another draw on the system. I recently had a car that the battery would go down in a few days, found out it was coming from the Onstar system malfunctioning.

Labor cost for changing an oil pump

this question sure depends on make and model car , rear drive cars can usually be done without removing the engine from car in less than a day , but most front wheel drive cars no way you can access it while engine is in car this makes it a two day event , I do question ? why you think you need a new oil pump ,U know if engine ran more than a few minutes without proper oil pressure , its sure to be well worn out internally , id sure be looking real carefull for metal bits in oil that's drained from car , coffee filters are perfect for this task , most times this requires a engine swap !!
