The fuse panel for the S10 is located on the right side of the dash panel. Open the driver's side door and look at the side of the dash. Remove the fuse box cover. The lights are powered by the dimmer switch in the headlight switch box. Power goes from there thru a 10amp fuse number 12 marked ILLUM in the interior fuse box. Then it goes out to the lights. You would need to know if you have power at that fuse.
