How many liters of 80/90 weight gear oil does my 1990 chevy c1500 take in the transmission?

Fill at side fill hole until fluid begins to run back out. Let it run until it stops, install plug and wipe up excess. If fully drained, usually holds less than 3 liters.

Put an upgraded cam in my 88 Chevy truck its a 5.7 liter tbi. Do I need to have the pcm flashed?

no as these were not re-flashable but depending on how different a cam you put in compared to stock you may have to alter the injector size to supply enough fuel for the added air flow to the cylinders so it doesn`t run lean.

Finding the right pilot busing for my jeep cherokee

The easiest way to fix that would be to take both bushings to a machine shop and get them to machine a bushing that will fit. It may cost a few bucks but it will probably save you a ton of time trying to find one to buy that will fit. Hope this helps.
