You're gonna have to remove the cd player, remove the covers then you can take out the cd, but you are gonna have to fix the mecanism before you assemble it again.

Heres the method I have been using since CD's came out...
Gently slide another CD into the slot, keep hold of it! dont let it slide all the way in.
Once its about halfway in, GENTLY push down on it as you pul it back out.
The stuck CD should come sliding right out with it.
have you tried disconnecting the battery cables? if this does not work, a CD may be stuck in it! You will have to remove the changer and open it up to remove the cd!
Try loading an old CD under the "stuck" CD...this may take several attempts. Also you can go online using "stuck CD" and get several helpful tips...Hope this helps.
You need to remove the stuck CD...place another (old) CD under the stuck CD...keep tgrying to insert...will eventually kick out the stuck CD...be sure to clean with Disc cleaner to reduce chance of happening again...:)
If the cd is stuck and the player is not turning on or not allowing and eject, then you will most likely have to Use the special tools, or screwdrivers and pry out stereo, take cover off, and manually remove your cd.
You can use another old CD and some very sticky tape (like duct tape).Take a peice of tape about 2 inches long.Fold it so it's half the lenth and sticky on both sides.Adhere it to the end of the old CD so its flat and will adhere to the other stuck CD.Slide the old CD w/the tape on it(aimed down) in the CD slot and while pressing the eject button and adhere it to the stuck CD and pull.It should stick to the other CD and dislodge it
