SOURCE: high brake light
if you pull on each side of the plastic cover covering light it may seem tight but will un-clip so persevere. You will then see how it clips onto two posts. Once removed the bulb is in a holder in center of lamp this holder is bayonet fitting ie turn holder anti c/wise and pull out. The actual bulb is what is known as cap-less (it just pushes in and pulls out ) now you request the correct bulb which is 12volt -18watt do not fit any higher wattage as it will melt. Lamp lens bulbs can be obtained from most motor stores.

If it has a 6 cd cartridge, try this.Press and HOLD eject button, insert credit card under cartridge move left to right to locate micro switch which will release cartridge so then you can see if one of the discs has jammed.good luck.
