I parked my 2000 s type on my drive last week. Later I went to go out and the gear stick would not move to drive. It would only move to neutral with force. My drive way is on a slope. Any help out there?

Common issue with the Jaguar s-type.
If you are parked on an incline the vehicle can get stuck in park.
You need to rock the car back and forth while someone diengages park and when you park on any type of incline, apply the handbrake before park

99 rav-4 wont come out of park

check to see if you blew a fuse your rav-4 has a switch that when you press on the brake it allows you to switch out of park but without pressing the brake you can't switch out off park. There should be an abs fuse or brake fuse or something of that order check it. Hopes it helps.

Checking fuse for parking lights now my car wont 94 Lincoln Mark

You may have not plugged the fuses all the way in. Or maybe you had a bad connection in one of them. Just by unplugging and plugging the fuses should not cause this problem. Make sure all fuses are good and have good connection.

It wont shift out of park

Check your brake light fuse in the fuse box. Some models will not allow the shifter to move from the park position if the brake lights are not functioning. Hope this helps.

Sounds like the the parking light fuse blew.Under the dash there is a fuse block.you will see fuses there and remove the fuse to see if blown. If so replace with same type fuse.Anymore questions will be glad to help you...
