EITHER WATER PUMP OR HEAD GASKET,have a compression test done on the cylinders to check head gasket , if water pump the bottom rad hose will be a lot cooler than the top rad hose which will be very hot so be careful

Yes this model is obslete. Maruti had launched new models and acording to the euro norms government has banned both maruti 800 and alto from the roads.
