1995 Ford Club Wagon - the fan for the heater & a/c seemed to quit working, but every once in a great while, it will come on (if the switch is on). As soon as the van or air is shut off, it doesn't work again, when we try. Wondering if it would be the switch or a module or something else?

SOURCE: 99 Ford Superduty Air Conditioner quits working after 10-15 min.

I have the same problem with my 2002 F-250. I checked the r134a and it was within the limits. I raised it to the upper part of the safe level. I notice that after the 10-15 minutes that my compressor starts to go off and on. It starts and stops immediately. Could this be a pressure switch? does your compressor run constantly? or does it shut off like mine? I am interested to find this out too!

Check the Air cleaner to make sure it is connected correctly. If the air is not coming through the air filter and its full assembly you will see this problem. Been there

Location of antitheft module for 1998 Ford E150 Club Wagon?

Information in the link

https://www.google.com/search?q=1998+Ford+E150+Club+Wagon%2C+Location+of+anti+theft+module

This is my standard response to people that wish to remove anti-theft modules on high end saloons, but not quite sophisticated on an old ford van.

You can't remove it. The antitheft system is a module that integrates the key, the locks, the ignition switch and the ECM as well as other ingress sensors into the car. You have to fix it, not find a way around it. The system is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do. You need the Dealership or a good auto-electrician to fix the issue you have.

Where is the heater fuse for a 1989 Club Wagon Ford

blower fan fuse should be in main fuse block and usually labeled heater. If not labeled, use test lamp with heater fan turned to on to test both sides of each fuse. Find one hot on one side only, pull and replace.

Yes, Unbolt from drag link and pop out with the tie-rod end tool. You might have to turn the wheel so you got room to use the tool.

Water pump

This is quite a project... I would recommend, if you're going to do this yourself, obtaining a repair manual for the van. They usually have sections to walk you through the process and go into good detail, specific for your model.
The job can be done easily in a day... get an early start though. Good luck!

Have a 95 club wagon that all the speakers quit producing sound the problem is not the radio or a fuse or the rear control has nothing like a headphone plugged into the jack and not on mute the redio...

It's possibly the amplifier. It's seperate on many of these vans. When I got a new stereo, it needed all new speaker wires just to bypass the amp. See if there is a fuse for the amp.
