Buy a can of carb spray and clean the idle air bypass valve and the throttle valve, the stall is caused by sludge build up, you will have to have someone hold the idle high while you spray into the intake or it will stall, use about 1/2 the can, then shut engine off, disconnect the negative battery cable and wait 5 minutes, reconnect and drive a few days to have computer relearn idle curve, thati should solve your idle concern.

I went through a 3-4 inch puddle and the engine died moments later. I have not been able to get it to turn over ever since. What can I do? It cranks..just does not turn over.

You mean it doesn't start?
If you have a yard blower, blow the inside of the engine to dry everything. Put a fan on it over night should help.

Open the distributer and wipe inside of the cap and rotor also.

Spray a shot of WD40 on the inside of the cap.

There's moisture in there somewhere. Take a look around. Maybe some water got onto the spark plugs.

I'm looking at buying a '96 Olds SW with a '3100' engine. It starts, idles for a minute, then dies; no stalling or sputtering. Then it'll start again and run for a few moments then

I am going to assume the check engine light is not on.
This could be very tough to diagnose, which may be why the car is for sale.
It could be a long list of things from a relay to a faulty fuel pump to a bad coil or a bad connection in the wiring harness. Even the computer could do it.
If you can narrow down the list by finding out if it is loosing fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs you may find the cause.
And it may have to die and not start again before you find the cause.

I have a 1998 olds aurora and the blower fan was working then one day it just stopped a day later it started working again and now it don't work at all is there a relay switch or something that i could...

I see quite a few of these that the connector on the blower motor side goes bad. One thing you can do is remove the panel under the passenger side of the dash. You will see the blower motor when you remove it. With the key on and the blower motor set to any speed wiggle/pull/twist the connector. If the blower motor changes speed or stops it need to be replaced.

I have a 1921 oldsmobile that is in disrepair what is the best way to go about fixing it up

Depends what is wrong with it I would first start with macanical issues like engine and then inspect body work to make sure there are no defects and then spray whole car
clean it up.
Really depends on how bad state it in at the moment.

I locked my doors this morning and a few hours later someone told me my car was clicking, i unlocked which wouldnt work with remote so i used key tried to start and nothing no power to anything use turn...

The battery is dead. I don't know why it dies so quickly. I have the same problem. If my car sits for two days without driving it then it dies. My car was on the side of the road for three days and it wouldn't start. Something is draining the battery.
