Question about 1999 Honda Odyssey
That's the Supplemental Restraint System - airbags. Have the car scanned for codes and it should tell you which bag is causing the problem. On my Audi, the side bags are built into the seats and they're known for tripping a fault light if the seat is moved too far back (it strains the connector under the seat). If you have a similar setup and it turns out to be a seat bag, check that out. Main thing is that you need a chassis code scan to see which airbag is throwing a code, and then it can be addressed.
