Question about 2002 Toyota 4Runner
I used two tongue depressers, pushed the cupholder in a ways, put the depressers(popsicle sticks would work) up against the latching surfaces on the holder and the holder slipped right out. it took me 5 minutes to make the swap. The latches on the holder are not flexible so you have to move the interior part that is flexible. The sticks do this. I hope this is clear enough to understand. It is really simple. The sticks simply eliminate the latching ability.
