When temp rises, it slows/stops electronics. Inside your distributor there is a ICM chip. That's usually done the trick at my shop I used to have. Oh, other thing it could be is cat converter- is there exhaust (full) coming out?

Your vehicle may be part of a 2002 honda/acura recall. Faulty ignition switch!! Typical symptoms are: Random stalls, hard start, no spark, power loss (symptoms progress in hotter weather). When the vehicle stalls/shuts off while in motion, usually the speedometer drops to "0" while in motion. Some warning light not lit when ignition is set to "on" (chk engine/ABS/Brake etc.). Call your local dealer with your VIN# on hand and check if your vehicle is part of the recall. Refer to faulty ignition switches, affected years (1998-2002 models), accords/preludes/pilot/Odyssey/Civic/CR-V and various Acura models.
no there is a card that should be with the owners manual it should have the code for the radio in it if not then you can go to the dealer or you will have to replace the radio unless you know the 4 digit code or 3 digit you can try 4031 thats the one for mine
You must go through your local honda dealer, (usually parts department) give them the numbers off the labels on the radio, along with the VIN number of the car. may have to prove ownership. They can call Honda and get that information for you. Process is alot easier if you someone that works in the parts department, if not the honda parts department, then another parts department at another car dealer.
Believe it or not, Honda actually made a piece of sh*t car, its a mass ignition recall mine has been turning off on me since the
the day after i bought it brand new, at the time they did'nt know what was wrong with it. After the waranty was up I called honda to complain and tell them it had turned off on me on the freeway and I hit the center divider and the lady at Honda in a very annoyed voice told me she would need a police report and i would need to some how prove it. In the end Honda chaged it for free and as of today as of 10 minutes ago it still has the same problem sitting in my driveway. good luck!
