My 95 Lebaron is also doing the same thing but it is weird it only does it at higher hwy speeds and it vibrates on and off every 5 seconds or so..but the car stays straight even with my hands off the wheel? It is not a consistent vibration? Any ideas?

If it's a slight to moderate shake, it could be a tire balance/front end alignment issue.

Does it pull to one side? Could possible be warped rotors, or a bad caliper.

Does it shake all the time even when braking, or only when braking? High speed or low?

Car shekes when hit bumps

Check for bad wheel balance, struts, lower ball joints ( no upper joints) , outer tie rod ends, inner tie rod ends, stabilizer bar bushings, lower control arm bushings , and finally a wheel alignment ,you have some bad looseness in one or more of these front end parts. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

1999 ford contour shutters at 60 mph

Check tire balance, outer tie rod ends, inner tie rod ends, ball joints, CV joint bolt torque at hub, and control arm bushings. You will find your problem some where in this line up. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

Front end shakes, tie rod and upper ball joints have been replaced

Very little info for a fix. Tie rod and upper ball joints do not make a front end shake. Lower ball joints wear out before the uppers do.
Front end shakes at what speed, if you have a broken belt in one of your front tires you will notice it more at low speeds. Mud or snow stuck in wheel will make them vibrate at speed. Lug nuts tight since front end work? You need to give more info. Switch front tires with back tires. If shake is in steering wheel it more than likely is front end but if you feel it in your seat it is more than likely in the rear of the car.

Front suspension

Jacking car on frame rail, the front end should be very tight. No play in tie rod ends, ball joints or wheel bearings. GM has sloppy front end parts.

My 2003 ford tauras shakes so bad on highway

I would have that front end checked as soon as possible. It could be anything, ball joints, tie rod ends, cv joints, could be the rack and pinion steering. If any one of these things break, you will loose your steering.
