83 cressida fuel pump doesn't turn on and no spark?

the coil & fuel pump are wired differently, coil is tested w/ an ohm-meter,,& fuel pump w/fuses &
relays,test it w/ a TEST-LIGHT,chk if theres juice, your answer is NO about the if coil goes out,
would it shut off th FUEL-P. With a test-light you can make sure your getting JUICE, COMPUTERS

also on high-end cars,they'll put a safety-switch BUTTON or RESET-button (in case of roll over's)
chk by the kick-panel on th left-side or underneath th dash,i hope you have shop-manual,"HAYNES" MANUALS are very good w/details,i have many of them,& has helped me out a
