Power Sterring pump and fan replaced - still not working Fuse?

The power sterring fan broke so I had it replaced. When I picked up the car the power sterring didn't work. Technician said the Pump must have burnt out. When I had the pump replaced, the pump still didn't work. Is there a hidden fuse the mechanic can't find. Any help, please?
Thanks

Thanks, but I was aware of the two fuse boxes. I brought it to BMW and there is a fuse module under the car near the power sterring fan that had burnt. Cost $36 for the part and it should have been a 20 minute repair but they billed for an hour.

What could be wrong with the power sterring if it makes a loud noise. after checking poer sterring fluid

The most common problem with noisy power steering (whining noise) is that the power steering pump is defective. If you replace the pump make sure you flush the system with clean PS fluid or it can ruin the new pump.

Power stering stopped working radiator overheated

You have a broken fan belt. Put the new one on according to the diagram under the hood. Replenish your radiator overfill reservoir and recheck it until all the air is purged from the system.
