Question about 1993 Mazda 323
Powerful sound system drains the power to the lights. try connecting the system to the +pole of the battery.

Your contacts on your light switch may be worn.I had an auto elec place a jump over wire on my switch so everything works fine on low beam. (High beam still loses tail and dash lights) This is a work bomb that only gets driven at day time.

If you have a trailer plug .check this out ..may be a wire off

Check the bulbs it is not uncommon for the bulbs to be incorrectly fitted
