If the a/c isnt working it sounds like the clutch on the a/c compressor froze up and went bad.

Does the water pump on a 2002 cadillac deville make noise when it is going bad?

yes, normally it does - sometimes (if you are lucky) it is only a loose belt which can be replaced and adjusted:

may be you should make a diagnostic and you can do it in a garage or you can do it by yourself if you want to do it by yourself you need some tools and you can find some good ones here: spobd2.com

I have this vibrations around my fan clutch and some time it sounds like something is clicking or tapping.

The clicking is generally caused by a flat roller bearing. If the sound seems to be from the fan clutch you can grab the fan blades and see if the bearing is worn by rocking the blade by pulling it towards you and rockng it away from you
Another way to see if its bad is to use a solid pole something like a broom handle. Place one end of the handle on the accessory that runs off the serpentine belt such as the alternator and place your ear on the other end of the handle. As the engine runs you can hear a bearing making noise revolving as it move. If a bearing is bad the noise will be much louder and have a heavy grinding noise

Loud noise!

May be a bad bearing on belt tensioner or idler pully

2004 gmc envoy engine tapping sound, it has plenty of water/antifreeze, and plenty of oil.

We have the same tapping sound on our 2003 Envoy six cylinder engine. I believe the sound is coming from the radiator fan clutch assembly. When the engine reaches its operating temperature and the fan clutch engages, the tapping sound goes away.

Fan makes loud noise when i start car

Firstly we need to know what model etc. Noisy fan if viscus could be the viscus itself - fan blade hitting something on the shroud / housing. First check & make sure the small bolts haven't shaken lose. Good luck

I had front brakes and rotors replaced on my 2000 Durango. Within a week I heard something like a grind coming from the right front tire. And tonight I heard the same noise when braking but it was much...

sounds like something was jammed, or loose. I'd recommend taking it back to where the brakes were done and have them check it out in case something they did is messed up.

Weird noise in th e dash when I hit the brakes

ASE Mechanic:
have to crawl underneath and inspected all splash guards, brakes, axles. If front end dips it is rubbing against something.
