Bucking my car bucks when i get back on the throttle. it does this when i am driving slow at about 2000 rpm in second. Sometimes when i am driving in first gear in traffic if hold the throttle at a constant (about 2500 rpm ) the car behaves like i have come off the throttle.

if it is a harsh babababababababababa wich is only under wot, that is fuel cut and a safty feature for your engine, if it is just poping i would throw some new plugs and wires in there and you should be fine. is this an automatic? turbocharged?

Your timeing is off so get your timeing fixed and new spark plug wires and it will run great and if it doesnt get your sensors checked at a local jiffy lube

Need to take to a shop with a GM tech 2 or higher scan tool. These tools can actually display various sensor readings and voltages in real time and can be used while driving the car to recreate the issue. These are super expensive scan tools so most shops don't have them. Call around or bite the bullet and have a dealer do it. The money you spend on a correct diagnosis will be saved by not throwing random parts at it based on guess work.

Cannot control engine rpm mitsubishi lancer engine 1984. fuel injection sometime correct rpm, sometime too low and too high rpm

Your IACV idle air control valve has gone bad . When you put the car in gear does it take off and accelerate to about 50 MPH without touching the gas pedal ? Had the same problem. Part from Mitsubishi is about $435 PN # MR578268. It is about $30 to $50 dollars on any other car. If this is the problem, the IACV is located on the throttle body and is held on with three screws. I purchased the whole throttle body at a salvage yard for $40, took the IACV off and put it on my throttle body. Car works normal for now, I am looking for another spare. If enough people complain to MItsubishi and www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov

locate the mass air flow sensor. it's located inline with the air intake. it should be right after the air filter. disconnect the plug and see if the car runs better. also, when tapping on it lightly on the sensor with a screwdiver handle and the engine skips, could also indicate a bad sensor. these sensors will not always set the check engine light. suspecting the fuel system is also a possibility
