Question about 2007 Jaguar XJ8L Sedan
SOUNDS LIKE THE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL MOULE BEHIND GLOVE BOX PLUG ON TOP TWOPHILLIPS SCREWS HOLD IT IN

There is a relay on the firewall for that but check the fuses first to make sure its not blown...if its not blown you can run a jumper wire to test the motor itself to see if it works or not.

first i would try checking relays, fuses, and the ground cables. replace as neccesary....now for checking the ground cables.....i would disconnect them and try scuffing them up with a wirebrush or something that will scuff up the metal a little bit then re-attach them.....test the blower and see if it works.....let me know what happened.

SOURCE: AC BLOWER NOT BLOWING
The resistor that controls the blower motor. it is a small gadget that has a 2 or 3 wire plug . Replacing the resistor should fix your problem. It is on or near the blower motor. Under the dash. Not easy to remove . But it can be. Please give thumbs up if helped.
