92 Honda Accord EX Cranks Strong But Will Not Start

Well first I was at work and parked the car another space became available. So I started the car put it in drive and the car just died.Had to have it towed home. The next day I tried to start the car and it just cranked but would not go on.I tested all the relays, igniter, coil including the main relay and every thing tested fine. But I did notice I was not getting a spark.
So I remember that I had purchsed a spare ECU.At first I could not find it but then I did I installed the spare ECU I had and the car went on like nothing was wrong with it.It lasted about three days and as I was driving home the car just died.It would crank but will not go on.I have purchased another ECU and it still will not go on.Of course I retested all the main componets again and it all checks out fine.I replaced the ECU again but this time it will not start.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pulled the head on my 92 Honda Accord EX so I could replace some damaged exhaust valves. After reassembling the engine and components the engine wouldn't start. It cranks and cranks but doesn't get any...

Are you sure that there is no spark, have you checked with a timing light? Are the wires on the coil connected correctly? Is the ignition module plugged in correctly and are all the wires on the distributor tight and correctly located? Try another ignition module from a system that is known to be working.

I have a 92 honda accord ex that the it idles go

If it does that when the engine is warmed up (full operating temp.) it may be you iac valve, or your fast idle valve. They get gummed up. It also could be your PVC valve, but probably not.:

IAC in red. Fast Idle in yellow. Your PVC valve is plugged into the valve cover (the black hose in between the red and yellow in the picture) it simply pulls out. It should rattle when shaken.
Hope this gives you a start on the problem.

92 honda civic ex starts but won't stay running - replaced relay

well not completely sure but would suggest first giving it a shot of ether in the airbox to see if starts better. to rule out a fuel issue. then ck into distributor. have you ck'd it for spark? is it weak? is it possible the timing belt jumped time?

My 1998 accord ex is sporadically not fully starting.

If it happens primarily in hot weather (i.e. inner temp of car is over 100 degrees after returning when parked), I'd definitely replace the main relay located under the dash on the driver's side (waaaay up under the dash). It's a $55 part from Honda that plugs directly in to the existing harness. Unplug the old, plug in the new. I'd bet a paycheck that this would fix your problem (if it mainly happens in hot weather).
