how do i take out the bumper to install a hitch? i cannot find where is this 2 T55 bolt that is holding the bumper. i looked all over underneath for at least 2 hours and cannot find it.

please advise

there are 2 of these bolts and they run vert through the bumber itself the bottom part of the plastic my be hiding it a little bit lay on your back looking up at the bumper you should see it
