Question about 1992 Toyota Camry V6
By now I'm sure you've found the problem, but for others and for future reference - If you'll look under the dash, Driver's side about where the side kick panel meets the dash, you MAY see a small TOGGLE SWITCH that allows you to turn the alarm system OFF if you don't want to use it. If you DO see this switch, toggle to the other position (only 2 positions), then insert key and start car. The little-***** red light on the dash to the left of the steering column may be on indicating system is armed. If it is, click switch to other position, watch light blink 3 or 4 times then go OFF. This indicates system in now disarmed. All dependant on having this switch installed. I have it, but may be aftermarket install, not sure. Hope this helps...

If you havent got a working remote then two ways to solve.first way switch ignition on and drivers door open and leave for half an hour this should bypass security system ,if this doesnt work you may need to replace cir ecu behind glovebox
