- I'm having the same problem. Thinking that the pressure plate is stuck I am in process of replacing the clutch, pressure plate, and release bearing. Having loads of fun!!

- clutch out ,when clutch released,goes in gear(s) without resistance,clutch pedal very loose to push.front wheel drive,sideway transaxle? help-

I have a 1995 Legacy LS 4 cyl 4 speed automatic, 201k. I had the transmission fluid and filter changed on Thursday, 12/18/09. It was over full at the time I changed it. Got it back and it ran well for a day. Since Friday, it has on occasion lurched and shuddered trying to get into gear (out of first and/or second). I don't know what it means or what is causing this. Any help is appreciated.
