2002 Chevy Trail Blazer. Loud pop sometimes in rear when turning. Noticed sway bar is loose, bushings worn out . Could that make the pop noise or is problem possibl worse?

sway bar bushing could be problem. I would replace it before trying anything else and yes that will cause it to pop from time to time. In some cases if not replaced in time the bar itself could break

Trying to put sway bar bushings in the sway bar on 1991 chevrolet k5 or full size blazer where the sway bar bolts to the top of the spring pack and can not figure it out

ok you have me confused? Your sway bar should be attached to your frame and your "LOWER CONTROL ARMS" via sway bar bushings.

1991 S10 blazer 4x4 4.3 popping coming from the front

the popping sound is the stabilizer links or the lower control arm bushings you can replace all bushings and both link kits for around 50.00 and the light is prob from the sensor on the transfer case or the front end i would remove and clean with dawn dishwashing liquid and put them back.
