The light being on means the system has detected a problem in one or more sensors. The vibration is the ABS modulating the brakes to prevent skidding because it has detected a wheel that is locked up. That wheel is most likely the one sensor that is giving you the error.

Whenever this warning or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module has detected a fault, it then disables the system as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)

make sure u didnt break a wire, there are sensors on the brakes, make sure theyre plugged in

It sounds like you have a faulty ABCM or anti-lock braking control mechanism. 2003 was a common year for failure of this. Usually your car will drive just fine, however, your ABS and traction control might not work as well as there supposed too in a collision.

Sounds like they may have left something disconnected like the ABS/ Traction control wheel sensor, make them fix it!!
