I recommend you buy a Haynes or Chilton service manual for your car; for the money they cost <$30 US, they will answer many questions you might have and may help you avoid spending money on repairs done by hungry mechanics that you don't really need.
They have enough info to rebuild your car and electrical circuit diagrams that, once you understand them, will help you solve about any problem.
You can buy them on line or from any chain auto parts store and give you an immediate source of info such as you now seek.

Must have a blown fuse. High beams, all power windows except sunroof, and turn signals not working. Which fuse could it be? Checked all the individual fuses all of which appear to be OK.

I don't think it could be a fuse , power windows an sunroofs are usually powered by a circuit breaker, the same circuit breaker ! High beams an low beams would be powered by same fuse . This sounds like a (BCM) body control module problem . It just depends on the make ,model an year vehicle .The turn signals would be powered by a separate fuse. You can check it out on a wiring diagram at http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free ! Enter your vehicle info .

All power windows not working in 1996 ford contour how do i find problem

The lights are on a different circuit than the motors. Check the fuse panel. It's a 40 amp fuse in position 21 in the fuse panel under the dash. Across the bottom of the panel are two rows of fuses. It's the third fuse from the left on the top row.
If you find the fuse blown, replace it and check the window operation. If it blows again almost immediately, then you'll need to get the car looked at by a shop, unless you are really familiar with electrical trouble-shooting, and have wiring diagrams for the car.

Rear window wiper not working in 97 hyundai coupe

Remove the rear hatch door inner skin and check for power there.
If you have power, then the rear wiper motor has failed.
If no power, then check the rear wiper switch for power and operation.

2004 Chevy trailblazer. Power windows & locks dont work on driver side front controls. Have all ready removed and replaced control cluster on arm rest. All other wondows work at the respective door,...

Sounds like a fuse. Are you getting power to the driver door module (control cluster as you say). Below are 3 pictures for you. The first one is the location where the fuse box is located for that fuse (under drivers seat in the rear). The second picture is a diagram or the latout of the fuses. The fuse you want to check is the fuse marked "LT DOORS" or the one marked 02. It should be a 25 amp fuse. The 3rd picture is a wiring diagram for the circuit. If the fuse isn't blown check the power wire from the fuse box to the driver door control module. Sounds like a power issue. Anymore questions or diagrams that you need, feel free to email me at csautomotivecars@att.net and I should have and will send if you need anything else. I hope this helps and good luck.

Automatic door locks stopped working. Power window controls do not work. The only window working is drivers window.

Change the battery in your wireless remote control. Check the fuses located underneath the drivers side steering wheel, flip the fuse box cover lid over and replace the power window and power door lock fuses. The back of the cover lid will have a diagram showing where each fuse is located, replace with the same number amp fuse. If your fuses are good and the battery inside your remote is new then you will need to replace the drivers side power window switch, click on the link below to view a replacement:

Power windows power locks and sunroof are not working

Ok, first thing is to do a fuse check. check all fuses in the fuse box area for blown circuits. replace any fuse that is blown. there will be a fuse layout on the back side of the fuse panel door. this layout will show a readable diagram of where the fuses you Will need to check are located.
