If you dont want to fix it but you want it to be shut off. Then just pull the fuse for the Heat and A/C. Chances are the control circuits are old. Try getting a control panel with all the heat and air adjustments from the junk yard. its not hard to hook up. Screws to remove dash pieces are visible.

Heater is not working AC is fine Air is coming quite nicely, Heater is not working check with mechanic he says circulation of water is fine may be some electric issues, please advise

You have what is called a blend door that is inside of the air box that switches air flow between the heater core and the evaporator core. It sounds like either the actuator motor or the blend door itself might be either stuck or bad. Depending on what you are working on, this could either be a hard job, or a very hard job to repair.

How do i fix the blower stuck on high

if it only goes on high, the resistor needs to be changed . It is on firewall ,passenger side of car under wiper assembly behind alternator. not a hard job to do, part is not expensive. you will get low,med , and high back. if not switch on dash panel, or change blower motor, last ,since it is going on- working. good luck

1995 S10 heater control when turned on doesn''t work the heater. Culd it be fuse, heater core?

Hello,
If you are refering to the fan it could be the fuse or the fan resistor or the fan motor or the high blow relay or the wiring in that order of possible causes.

I hope this helps.

Heater core leaking.is it hard to change

yes it's hard cause the hoses are always stubborn and prob way under the front on the firewall neer the bottom of the car and you have to lay upside down when you take the heater core out and half the dash :) so ya it's not a nice job but can be done .

Heater not working

Heat adjuster door fix does not have to cost a lot of money. Search for Heater Treater. I lost dual control functionality but it is way better than the $1800 the dealer wanted to charge me.

Ford focus 2003

well, check the fuse/relay then you will need to remove the control panel to access the switch then check the switch its self in all positions with a volt meter. if none of those things have found the prob then you prob have a bad blower motor. most likely its a fuse/relay usualy or a switch. when a motor goes it usually will still blow on high. if its out completely it ususaully smells like burnt tape.dont worry its prob something simple and cheap, ie fuse/relay.
