Yhe dognostic machine is showing error code 66. what does this mean

Error code C0500 and C0501 means Fixing unit's temperature abnormality.

How to reset these codes?

To reset Error codes C0500 and C0501, perform the following steps.

1-Turn the machine "OFF".
2-Press the "STOP" button on the basic panel.
3-Keep the button pressed and turn the machine "ON".
4-Do not release the button, until the machine warm up.
5-After few seconds Error code will remove and machine will reset.Basic menu will show no error on LCD screen.This means error code has been removed and photocopier machine is ready to use.

So a Honda 66-11 is a code for the vss (speed sensor) and or and related.

So there is a possibility that you have a wheel speed sensor problem (or wire) and the motor doesn't know your speed and is trying to match motor needs with mixed info compared to road speed which is actually 0.0. maybe it thinks your moving and us raising the idle for emmisions (like when your coasting). A good scan will tell the components bad.

that simply means the #3 and #4 misfires. check the resistance of the coil if it is within the range. if not,replace the coils.
the scan tool tells exactly fault.

Hello, I know exactly what your talking about! and why no one else did... The error code is being displayed on your trip/odo LCD screen at the bottom of your right gauge pod if I remember correctly. Only, it\'s not Er 66... it\'s (Er bb) which is a malfunction with your vacuum pump system. I truly hope this is the same concern you are asking about, if so I am happy I could help. If it is a different problem please let me know so I can look into this matter further. Under "How to enter your password"
1. press power button & "Test" appears for 5 seconds, and blinks for 5 minutes. If you turn the power button off then back on again within 5 minutes "Code" blinks on the display.
2. enter password using the numbered buttons - press button 1 once to let it know it's the first digit, then press button 1 again however many times to bring up the code for the first digit. Press button 2 to let it know it's the second digit, then again however many times....etc. To enter default 1111 code, press button 1 twice,, 2 twice, 3 twice then 4 twice.
3. when all four digits entered (default is 1111) press SEL button and display should say "GOOD"
4.You get three goes, if still wrong after third attempt "HOLD" then you have to leave it for an hour

It's in 'safe mode'. Fault 66 is a nightmare! Usually caused by the sensors not talking to each other properly or 'disagreeing' with each other. Check all the sensors are pluged in & have good connections. A dirty connection can cause this code to appear. Disconnect the battery & touch the + & - leads together to discharge the system & reset the computer & fault codes

I checked on my Mitchell's program and I don't show a code 66. Try to get the codes again. Turn the key on/off 3 times what watch the flashes. I can get you the information to you soon.
