Question about 1995 Pontiac Bonneville
OK! I changed the fuel filter and sprung a few leaks. Before I changed the filter, The car would bogg down upon acceleration. It would gradually pick up speed. My check engine light has been on for as long as I have owned the car, about 6 mos. I went to AutoZone for an free diagnostics and I could not get any data from the scanner.I was told that I had an bad ECM, so I replaced it with and new one. I reinstalled the ECM and started the car. At first the car ran fine with an smooth idle about 900rpm. Once I goosed the throttle, chek engine comes immediately back on. Again I try to have the car scanned but I get no data. Now! There has to be power at the connector, because it has powered up the scanner. I need to find an flow chart and diagram for the ECM and ALDL connector. Can anyone help me.
