Question about 2003 Volkswagen Golf
I bought avw golf tdi from a non franchise dealer 3 months ago now clutch seems to be slipping in high gears car only done 40,000 miles, does it need replacing thanks
Best check for this is to get the car around 30mph, put it in top gear, and floor the gas. If the clutch is going to slip, this is when it'll happen. If it slips, you'll need to replace it. If it doesn't, there's likely no issue with the clutch and you'll have to look elsewhere for the problems you're seeing.
