Trying to jump start 1993 suburban but wont start

It may be the park interlock switch. Try taking it out of park and putting back or try the neutral position if it starts you may have to replace switch. Hope this helps.

Car wont stat...battery voltage good and also good connections...will start after a chage or jump start but will not crank back up when turned off...starter solenoid clicks

If you have to jump it or charge it in order to get it started every time, I think maybe the battery is no good. Take the battery to a good auto parts store and they will test the battery free of charge. Your gages can show good battery voltage and still not have enoughcranking amps to start the engine.
