My camaro has trouble turning over to start after it's cranks. it will start pulling to start but it will cut off. i used engine cleaner it showed progress but still wont start

What make vehicle , model an year also . Is it getting fuel ? Spray some carburetor cleaner in the throttle plate if it then starts you have a fuel delivery problem not spark ! Pull a plug wire off spark plug an have someone crank engine ( turn key to start ) while you hold end of the plug wire near ground to see if there is spark etc..Go to youtube an check out a few cranks but doesn't start trouble shooting videos .

Pull the air cleaner off and crank the engine. If puffs of air come come out of the throttle body when cranking the engine then the timing is not set correctly. Otherwise, after cranking pull a spark plug and see if it is wet with fuel and if so this indicates an ignition problem (coil, distributor/cap/rotor or faulty ECU).

Sound like the mass air flow sensor.
While your car is running ,lift the hood .Follow the hose from the throttle body to the air filter box.There will be a sensor mounted as part of the hose. Tap on the top of the sensor with a screwdriver handle a couple of time, if faulty it will stall the engine out.

It sounds like a fuel delivery issue, you may have a bad injector. this would cause too much fuel going into engine and cause the lack of power. First try adding fuel injector cleaner to your gas and get the highest octane at the pump, if that doesnt work pull the plugs and look for one that is wet or has higher carbon build up.

If the engine cranks it does turn over. Is it a crank, no start problem?

SMOKING COMING FROM OIL SPILLED ON THE ENGINE AND MANIFOLD WHEN YOU CHANGED VALVE COVERS.OIL PROBABLY GOT IN PLUGS HOLES FOULING OUT PLUGS. SPRAY PLUGS WITH CARB CLEANER OR BRAKE CLEANER TO CLEAN THEM.DRY THEM. REINSTALL PLUGS BACK IN THE ENGINE.CLEAN OIL OFF ENGINE AND MANIFOLD SO IT WONT SMOKE. CRANK ENGINE SHOULD BE OKAY.

1995 was a crossover year from OBD I TO II. My hunch at this point is your crank sensor.

Have you replaced the ignition switch? Passkey wire broken can cause no start problem.

You need to conduct tests to be sure where the trouble is.
1. Spark test: remove the number one spark-plug, and hold it to the engine block. then ask a friend to crank up the engine..
2. If the system is good, you should see steady blue sparks. If you don't, then you would have to work on your ignition system.
3. Fuel test: get a can of 'starting fluid' or the common 'choke and throttle-body cleaner'.
4. Unbolt the clamp holding the air-intake hose to the throttle-body. Pull back the hose to expose the inside of the throttle-body.
5. Spray a good quantity of the cleaner into the body.
6. Re-attach the air-intake hose, and try to crank up the engine again.
7. It will show some hesitation, but keep cranking until it fires up, and able to idle.
8. If the throttle-body and the manifold are dirty, the choke cleaner should help.
9. Please get back to me if necessary.

Sounds like a fuel pump. What engine do you have? Carb or Fuel injection? I know you said you spray carb cleaner in the carb but a throttle body kind of looks like a carb. The first thing I would try would be a fuel filter. 1984 camaro right?
