Air conditioning in my 1995 Lexus E300 has been behaving very odd for last few days. Two days ago it started blowing hot air, then yesterday it worked. This morning it stopped again while later on it started working again.
It may be that the switch may have gone bad.
Will appreciate your advise
Use on of those quick freon kits that come with the fill tube and gauge. It sounds like you have a slow leak and on a hot day there is enough pressure in the system to trip the switch. If thats not the problem check the wiring coming from the switch. The switch is probably near the filter/dryer. Thats the metal canister that sweats liquid on a hot day.

Maybe you could know, on the Lexus ES300 1995, applied vacuum to dashpot, stop lever screw adjusted to no clearance, should I turn it a little bit more? Throttle valve is stick at the beginning, I must push it a little bit harder. But only at the beginning. Is this OK? Is it for the idle? I was seeking for the solution, my lex is shaking my hands on the steering wheel, when fully warmed up and idling. Too low RPM? http://data.seak.sk/idle.png Foto with showing where the idle is
