You need to lube up your locks a lot. Use liberal amounts of lube and work it in while using the manual lock/unlock on the door. Keep it up until it's easy to move with the manual lock/unlock.

check the boot inside the door, lovely jeep engineers haven't figured out a way to make the wire able to withstand the moving parts yet. you have broken wire inside the boot in the door.

Jeep grand cherokee central locking system

If all the doors do not lock or unlock when using the passenger side switch, then the switch itself is probably bad.   If the passenger side switch locks or unlocks all the other doors except for its own, then the power lock solenoid inside the door is bad or jammed.  If it is jammed, try locking and unlocking the door manually while activating the switch to work its way free.

Central door lock does not function. When switch is used, relay click can be heard but locks do not function. Electric seats on same fuse work well.

I would have the body control module checked at your local repair shop. Sometimes the system has to be reset by the dealer.
