I have a 2000 toyota celica and my passenger side window won't roll up. I already have the interior door panel off. I don't see a clear way to get the window up. Could you let me know a way or point me to a resource that could help me out. thanks josh

I have the same problem. All of a sudden, it just doesn't work. If I can fix it I will, I just need to be pointed in the right direction. Is it a fuse problem? Is it a motor problem? What do I look for? If these questions are answered, I would be able to fix it myself and save a bunch of money

My passenger window suddenly will not roll down. It quit working completely, though I was lucky that it is stuck in the UP position. Please let me know how you solved this problem. Thanks.

There is no problem at all! You just pressed one button by accident. That button is located left to the steering wheel on the dash board. It's security feauture! Just press it again and that's it! It also happened to me! That's how I know it! :-)

How do I remove the interior panel on a door that can't be opened from either side on a 2000 Toyota solara

I think the way I would attach this is to remove what can be removed. The lights and covers on the door and I am sure the handle and its vanity plate can be removed. From that point you should be able to get an inspection mirror in there far enough to see what is hanging the door up.

2002 toyota celica passenger window won't work

I watched the dealership mess with same problem before reminding them of the window lock out on the dash. On my 00 celica its between steering wheel and door on lower part of dash. It had been activated and no one thought to check.

How do I find a fuse diagram for a 2001 Toyota Celica the right front passenger window will not go up or down

Go to a local repair shop that has a Data Base
& have them print what you need

Check all fuses, don't need a diagram for that

If any window works,it won't be the fuse

If the fuse is blown, replacing it won't fix anything
It will blow again,

So,you will need to check switches first, then remove
the door panel to access the window motor or
window regulator.

Outside handle on 1997 Toyota Avalon will not open door

Since you can get the door open, half the battle is already won. Yes, open the door, pull the interior door panel and take a look around. Watch inside with a flashlight (towards the rear of the door) as you roll the window down to see if you can see what it's snagged on.

Window doesn't roll down on the passenger side. HOW DO I TAKE OFF THE PANEL to check the window motor? There are five screws that I have removed, two on the bottom, two on the inner part of the door, one...

Pry back the panel and you will find where it is held by clips.. Find were the clips are and give a good tug on the panel at the clip area.. They will pop out.. Careful not to damage them because they push back in when you are done..

Good luck !!

i would suggest getting a replacement e/w motor from the breakers yard and swithing it over. much cheaper then paying for a diagnostic!! its not a big job and shouldt cost much. id def use breakers for new motors as toyota charge a massive price for everything!!!!
