There are 2 different fuses for what you are talking about. See picture below; the fuse for the power mirrors is in the number 4 position and is a 10 amp fuse. This fuse covers the power mirrors, glove box lamp, map lamps and under the hood lamp. The fuse for your dome lights is in the number 14 position and is also a 10 amp fuse. This fuse not only covers the dome lamps but it also covers the cargo lamp, courtesy lamps and the running board lamps. If you are just having problems with the two things you mentioned then you may be looking at something else like a wiring problem. this all should be in your owners manual if you have one.
