Tail lights and brake lights are combined. I have tail lights but no brake lights. fuses look good.

No they are different systems going to the same place, the tail lights use one fillament in the bulb and the brake and turn signal use the other, a couple things to check, brake light fuse, brake switch (located on the brake peddle) check for power, I have also run into the 4 way flasher that were the problem, more than likely the brake switch

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Go to your fuse box under the hood and check the fuse that is labeled tail lamp. If you don't have an extra fuse, use one of the other fuses to check anyway. They are all the same. If the fuse is good, you will need to change your brake switch. It is located above your brake pedal. It is a round chrome looking cylinder. The top of the brake pedal actually hits the brake switch. There is a tiny button on the end that controls the brake lights. When it is pushed in, your lights come on. Try messing with the tiny button and check to see if it needs adjusted. If it don't, go ahead and replace it. I bought one at Advanced Auto Parts for 33 dollars. That is a little high for a brake switch but parts for Sebrings are always higher.
