Hi the lights in my car wont go down when i try and turn them off. the actual lights turn off but just stay up. Is this a fuse issue or is it a possible problem with the motor which drives the mechanism any suggestions to solve greatly appreciated.

Check the fuse first if the fuse is good and both head lights won't go down check if the head light switch in the middle of the dash is good

Miata mx5 horn does not work

The fuse is the most likely problem. The fuse for the horn is the same as for the stop lights. 15 amp fuse located in the fuse box under the dash on the drivers side. If it's blown and it fails again once you replace it, the horn is bad.
