I do have a 1995 Toyota Camry 2.2. During the morning time it starts ok, when i drive like 1 to 2 miles and turn off my car and get a grocery or just for a short time period. When i come back it does not starts, when i turn on the switch, it turns on the lights inside the speedo meter, when i turn my keys , it dose not have ignition, it dose not cranks, no other sounds, i try like 7 -10 times turn it on and off, then after all in a sudden it starts. I have a new battery, new timing belt, new alternator. I don't know what is wrong.

Threads are standard. I use a 1/2" drive breaker bar on the bolt. Position the bar so that if you turn it clockwise it will hit the ground or the car frame. Then I turn the ignition to start for just a moment, cranking the engine over with the starter which will loosen the bolt. DO NOT let anyone hold the bar or stand anywhere near it if you try this technique. I have done it many times with no problems.
sounds like a broken timing belt, timing belts like to break during engine cranking and engine shut down. there are inspection holes in the timing cover,if you can't determine, remove top half of timing cover and check belt for slap,if there's slap,it's broke.
Wel to start with ,,remove the fuel feed pipe tp carby or injector rail to find if you have fuel pressure there,, if ok then go to your coil check for feed to pos side and then check No 1 plug (but must be pluged in and good earth on engine) if ok then the problem must be in the timing or still in fuel system,
i have came across simler problems in the past so im going to give you a list of four main suspects number 1; a broken or pereshed vacuum hose at the trottle body or inlet manifold.2 a blocked injector 3 a fuel injection system fault 4 a disconnected /leaking or perished crankcase ventilation hose. Before you try any of these by a can of fuel cleaner and run it through your system remember a small piece of dirt half the size of grain of salt is enough to cause this problem good luck.adrian
valve seals could be worn out letting oil get into the combustion chamber making that white smoke.if you have alot of miles of miles on your engine it just be time for a rebuild or replacement
