Question about 1998 Pontiac Bonneville
I am currently replacing the motor for my 98 and need to know if a 2001 from a grand prix will fit. They say it's the same motor which im sure it is, but my mechanic seems to think that the brackets wont line up.
HELP i need to know before paying for this stupid thing!
Yes the engine will fit if the engines are the same. you will have to change some of the bracketry and definatley change the rear exhaust manifold as the exhaust flanges vary slghtly from model to model. The root engine is the same though.
