After about the third start of the day my 2002 buick century will not start. It fires but will not turn over no matter what I do. I have had the ignition changed and had to get new keys for it. What could be the problem?

If it does not turn over it will not fire. So I guess it is turning over but not starting. Try a crank sensor, it's on the back side of the oil pan just above it.

2002 Buick Century won't start for ten minutes?

It's the "someone is trying to steal me" sensor that plagues us all with GM cars during that time frame. They can program the computer to ignore it, but they charge about $200 for it. It actually occurs as the ignition gets worn, and starts to feel the key a little less, and thinks that someone it trying to pick it.

Have a 1998 buick century, the front blinker on the driver side will not stay working. Does not burn the fuses out. works for about 5 days then the turn signal starts clicking fast then a few days later...

This behavior is usually caused by water leaking into the socket or just a bad socket. Clean it up and use some dialetric grease on the contacts.

Fans dont work in 2003 buick century

It could be the fan relay , usually located under the hood , or the
temperature sensors on the engine near the radiator hoses .
either could be the problem. good-day !

Buick century 2003, slow drain overnight, wont start in morning

To know for sure you need to do parasitic draw testing ! Not looking for a magical fix on here . has anyone ran into any issues that may cause drain, like glove box light switch etc,???? In my thrity years of repairing vehicles have seen a lot of thing's cause this problem .Back in the 80's when i first started at chevy dealer saw glove boxes stuff full ,to the point light would stay on . These day's more like a module not powering down when it's suppose to. Hooking up a amp meter between the neg. battery post and neg. cable an checking amp draw. If it's over 80 miliamps you have a draw on the electrical system. Pulling fuse's till the draw goes away . find what all that fues powers and isolate the different circuits till the draw goes away . That's kind of the long way now a days . There is a much easier way ,voltage drop testing accross the fuse's .

1992 Buick Century won't start sometimes but has spark in the plugs.

Faulty cam sensor maybe - it controls the injectors. To diagnose, when you get a non-start, spray a V.small squirt of easy-start(ether) and if it runs a little then you have a fuel issue. The spark timing is controlled by the crankshaft sensor so that can be faulty and cause a mistimed spark but usually you'll get a mis-fire in those cases.
