Question about 2003 Cadillac CTS
Hi, disconect your battery positive cable for few minutes,reconect them back and see if this works ,(it should)if not ,play with the wiper swith back and foward,....good luck.....

I disconnected the electrical connection to the wiper motor until I can get the new motor to fix it in a few days You won't be able to use your wipers but it beats them randomly turning on every 5 minutes with no way to stop them. Especially when your on the road 3 hours a day. Seems like a problem Cadillac should look into. Pretty "common" problem I am finding out. Ughhhhhh
